Onassis Lazar is a Logistics Consultant with over 15 years of experience in Logistics, Shipping and Freight Forwarding. He started his career with Indus Logistics, Trivandrum, then to Clarion Shipping Services, Sharjah, therefter to AZ Logistics,Dubai and finally with Eden Cargo Packaging,Sharjah as GM.He is the Founder and CEO of IALM. With his extensive past experience in various managerial functions, he is able to give strong foundation and direction to IALM in its current activities and do the planning for the future growth. He is involved in all functions of the organization like training, faculty development, content research and development, business development etc.
Dr.Rincy Onassis is a Ayurvedic doctor by profession. She was associated with Dhathri - Kollam, Shreyas Ayurvedha Hospital - Neeleswaram, Ayurvedic Medical Centre - Ajman, UAE and Heal Wellness Centre - Cochin. She worked at various levels as Senior Consultant and Physician, RMO etc. Dr.Rincy heads the HR & Admin operations of IALM.
Mr.Krishnan was associated with AL-Khan Food Stuffs LLC,Oman,as the Head of Logistics and senior member of the management team .Earlier to this he was with Salman Corporation as DGM Operations and prior to this with Asian Paints as Chief Manager (Plant Administration).He carries an overall experience of 39 years. He is the course head for Logistics,Inventory,Ware housing, Material Management, and Retail. He holds an MBA from Indian Institute of Management (IIM Calcutta)
Mrs. Chhavi Rathi, having served the Indian Navy as Commander, comes with a rich experience in Admin, Operations and Resource Management. She is also passionate about teaching and training. Among other qualifications from prominent institutions, she is an MBA from IIM, Lucknow and a research scholar on Sea Port Operations at BITS, Pilani. She carries a total experience of 15 years.
Mr. Sajeev is a English teacher cum trainer by profession. He was employed by Ministry of Education – South Africa. Prior to this he had worked with Church’s Auxiliary for Social Action (CASA) - Chennai. Apart from an English teacher, he overlooks the administration activities of Cochin centre (Palarivattom).
Mr.Johnson Thomas was involved with Harvest Caterers Pvt. Ltd as GM, Overnite Express Ltd. as Head Regional Manager and prior to this as GM – First Flight Couriers Ltd., Cochin. He takes care the operations of Kadavanthra centre, Cochin. He carries an experience of 30 years.
Ms.Rani takes care of the IT division and is the head for Digital Marketing. She had worked with ComSys Advertsing and Internet Marketing Pvt. Ltd, Artzsource Technology Services Pvt. Ltd and Lazza Ice Creams prior to joining IALM. She carries an experience of 7 plus years.
Mr.Thomas Kurian was associated with CL Educate Limited and T . I. M. E. Pvt. Ltd as Senior Manager for Franchise Development.He carries an experience of 11 years into franchise operations. Prior to this he was involved with Kodaikanal Christian College as National Coordinator for Academics, Collaborations, Placements and earlier to this, he was with SAE Technology College,Trivandrum, Kerala. He is involved in organizational, franchise and sales management functions of IALM. He carries an overall experience of 15 years.
Mr.Jerryanscil was worked with EURO EXPRESS FZCO(previously known as EVEREX FZCO) as operation manager air cargo. For 20 years of experience in air cargo industry previously with gulf agency company Dubai. Work as supervisor March 2008 in DFS worldwide FZCO(GSA for urban air). He had MBA, Diploma in IATA/FIATA, Air cargo(supply chain management) and also Dangerous good handling certificate holder in 2008.
Mr. Archie D'Souza is an eminent person with an teaching experience of 25 years. He did his graduation & did LLB from Mumbai. He was the Founder secretery of Banglore air cargo club and also worked in logistics & cargos.
Mr. Rajesh Kamath was employed with Home Centre, Dubai, Pelkan Middle East and Africa. He is also involved with HIPLIK Group, HongKong. He is associated with IALM as course head Export - Import and Shipping..
Mr. Murali is a management professional with 20 years experience in corporate communications. He is the course head for retail and branding management.
